Ka Ora Telecare

We have teamed up with Ka Ora to provide patients with an additional service for after-hours care.

Taupō Health Centre will continue to provide face-to-face care for all people in Taupō when we are on call during the week, weekends and public holidays.

However, if you do call us out of hours or after 6pm on weekends, your call will automatically be diverted to Ka Ora.

You will be triaged by a Kaiawhina or Nurse who will give you the option for a virtual consult with Ka Ora or be seen by the GP on duty at Taupō Health Centre.
