Our clinic is a busy General Practice with an on-site Urgent Care Clinic, caring for approximately 12,000 enrolled patients, as well as providing care for casual patients. We also provide after-hours support on Saturdays and Public Holidays on a rostered basis in collaboration with another local practice.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner who is committed to equitable, culturally responsive care to join our primary health care team. Working autonomously and alongside our team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and long-term conditions, while promoting health education, prevention, and wellbeing.
Our practice is committed to advancing health equity and improving access to care for people who experience barriers to health services. We welcome a practitioner who values building strong relationships with patients and whanau, delivering care that is responsive to community needs, and contributing to a collaborative, team-based approach.
